Action Relay is an MCP server that reads the intent metadata Apple embeds inside every App Intents-enabled .app bundle and exposes them as MCP tools automatically. Execution is done by generating workflows on the fly which means you do not need to create shortcuts beforehand. This is a proof of concept to bring what I've been waiting for from Apple Intelligence to life.
