Built this in a morning with Claude Code. Images auto-expire after 24h, keeps storage costs at zero. Burn-after-reading deletes on first view. No accounts, no tracking, no cookies. Cloudflare free tier only (Workers, KV, R2). Domain is the only cost (~$10/yr). No plans to monetise, just wanted to build something with this fun domain.
