I built a video optimization app using Next.js, React, and Electron, with FFmpeg as the backend. All processing runs locally; FFmpeg must be installed. The app exposes an explicit, deterministic pipeline instead of presets. You can control speed (with proper setpts / chained atempo), codec, CRF/quality, bitrate, FPS, resolution, and output format.
